At SportfitLA we combine the most effective elements of Sport, Track and Field, Crossfit, Movemente Naturelle, Gymnastics, Martial Arts, Yoga, and Bodybuilding to provide the most unique experience around. In Brentwood and Cheviot Hills we have fantastic parks with a sand pit, basketball courts, hills, benches, baseball diamond, and more. The beach has monkey bars, ropes, rings, dip bars, pull up bars, etc. There is no shortage of exercises that can be utilized in the training. Here are just some of our methods:

-pre-habilitation warm up focusing on biomechanics and posture

-speed training (resisted and non-resisted)

-agility (reactive and pre-patterned)

-plyometrics and power training – (loaded and un-loaded)

-unique mobility and gymnastics based training (also exercises from capoeira that are more circular)

-sports drills and games

-strength work using organic bodyweight exercises and kettlebells and resistance bands

-obstacle courses

-modified Crossfit style and metabolic circuits

-aerobic training and restoration

-relay races

-paleo based diet – getting the garbage sugar and carbs out- this is at the foundation of health and fat loss results

-positive coaching and a relaxed environment that everyone feels comfortable in
