*Sessions are approximately 45 minutes of scalable but intense workouts. We are all there to encourage each other to have an enjoyable experience and get results. You are encouraged to bring your own water and your own exercise or yoga mat for floor exercises including abdominal exercises, hip work, stretching, etc.

Brentwood/Westwood Classes

Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays – 6:45 am and 8:00 am and 9:00 am!

 

West LA/Cheviot Hills Classes

Tuesdays and Thursdays – 6:30 am
